Türkiye–Syria Earthquake Response 2023

Disaster Response • Türkiye, Syria • Community-Led

In February 2023, two powerful 7.8 and 7.7-magnitude earthquakes struck Türkiye and northwestern Syria. In response, Yer Çizenler and HOT launched the Türkiye–Syria Disaster Mapping Activation, mobilizing the global mapping community to rapidly produce up‑to‑date geospatial data to support emergency response efforts.

Note: This page is under construction. In the meantime, head to the activation's OSM wiki page for more information.
